At Women's Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process for products in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective shipping materials to ensure it arrives safely; please include a copy of your receipt or the RMA form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
